Financial Arrangements

We work very hard to control the cost of dental care. It's part of our philosophy that quality care should be available to everyone. Prior to any dental work performed, we'll sit down together and go over our estimate of charges in detail.

We understand that dental insurance makes life easier. We'll help fill out your claim forms and/or FILE YOUR INSURANCE FOR YOU. Each patient's dental insurance policy is different. If you would like to know if we accept your dental insurance plan, please call Cathie at (407) 328-9398. Prior to your first visit, we personally call the insurance company to verify your dental benefits. This phone call allows our insurance coordinator the ability to obtain valuable information about your dental coverage. This information enables us to estimate your out-of-pocket expenses (the portion not covered by insurance) for any dental services needed.

At the time of treatment, an ESTIMATE of benefits is made based on the information provided by your insurance carrier. This is NOT A GUARANTEE OF PAYMENT. When payment from your insurance company is received and applied to your account, any balance due will be billed to you, and any overpayment is refunded to you. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated.

For our patients without insurance, we ask that you pay for services on the day they are performed. Methods of payment in our office include cash, personal check, Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express.

As an additional courtesy, we offer a financial assistance payment plan called CARE CREDIT to help patients who don't have dental insurance, or those who need assistance in addition to their dental insurance. For more information about the CARE CREDIT plan, please contact our office.
